Delivery Information

Cheeses will be dispatched twice weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays; you will be notified when your cheeses have been dispatched. We cannot accept liability for products spoiled due to missed deliveries or deliveries rescheduled to outside of the 24 hour shipment window. 

If you have specific or urgent delivery requirements please email us in case we are able to accommodate them. Weekday deliveries are preferable as there is less chance of the cheese getting stuck in a depot and because all courier companies charge extra for Saturday deliveries.

Shipping Policy

We currently only offer domestic shipping to the UK.

Small parcels £4.99 (up to approx 3 items), parcels too big for a mail bag (roughly 4 items or more) £5.99. Free shipping over £75.

Returns

All food sales are final.

We are unable to accept responsibility for missed deliveries. The shipping company is a separate entity from us so please contact the carrier for any problems/damages related to shipping and missed deliveries.

Please note that it is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking of their parcel and contact the courier to organise any redelivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address, phone number and email address.

However, if the goods are delivered on time but are damaged, or they have anything else wrong with them, please do let us know as we want to you be happy with your purchases.

Personal Information

Any delivery information given to us by the customer is passed on to the courier company so that the customer can receive updates of delivery windows, times, rescheduled deliveries etc. It is not used to contact the customer for any other reason, or passed on to any other third party for marketing or any other reason.

It is preferable to include a mobile phone number in case the courier needs to contact you.
